Ballas are a street gang based in the area of Grove Street. It is the revived South Side Ballas/East Side Ballas.

The East Side Ballas are a well respected gang throughout the city. You will often find them posting up at LTD gas station on Grove St. showing off they're dope cars and low riders, as well as their variety of guns. The Ballas are very protective over their large turf and will hunt or defend the Grove/Brogue block even if it cost them their lives. Ballas live by a saying the "This isn't just a gang, this is a family as well. Marty Jr McFly "Lil Marty" makes sure The Ballas keep that saying close to their hearts.
