The Blaine County Sheriff's Office, along with the Los Santos Police Department, the San Andreas State Police and the San Andreas State Park Rangers, makes up the executive branch of Los Santos; together they ensure that the law is upheld and enforced.
On July 15th, 2023, Sheriff MacNee announced the dissolution of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office and the formation of the Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office. All members of the BCSO were offered lateral transfers in positions or transfer to the Los Santos Police Department.
