Frank Scaletta is A British man who was born in Sicily Italy who shortly after moved the Great Britain with his parents in search of a better job and a more successful life. Frank moved to Los Santos because of a big falling out with his parents. Frank quickly started getting to know people and got himself a job secured at a local farmers market, But this did not last long as Frank did not know how to make the food and drinks that he would sell for the business therefore would not be able to work. Frank was getting into the racing scene and found himself ending up in Harmony Repairs a lot of the time after races and also having a little caravan just up the road from the garage, made frank be there more often. Frank quickly became familiar with all the employees and even the manager of the garage. Frank obviously met a lot more of the racers while working at Harmony Repairs and even got invited on some jobs involving stealing cars for a mysterious fella. Frank later found out this was a very fun activity and a great opportunity to meet even more people. As Scaletta was doing more and more of these "Boosts" with people all over the city he eventually ran in to the funniest man he has ever met in Los Santos.... The one and only Geanny Popescu. Frank and Geanny would go on boost after boost after boost for hours at a time and found out they were quite the duo in stealing cars and delivering them to drop off spots located all over the city of Los Santos. Geanny would later tell Frank that he was part of a gang called BIB (Back In Blood). Geanny and Frank would continue to boost cars day in day out, I told Geanny about a guy I done some work with in the garage up at Harmony..... Kole Mcull. Frank Geanny and Kole would steal car after car after car to the point that Geanny was hanging around with Frank and Kole more than his own Gang. A couple days go by and Geanny invites Frank and Kole to the Gang. A week goes by and Frank and Kole find out that BIB has disbanded and out of that formed The Order. One week later Kole and Frank are talking about joining the gang as the two were already robbing banks and jewellery stores with other members of the gang. The next week Kole and Frank Are part of The Order and are introduced to a bunch of new people for example the likes of the other two main leaders, Frank Mccubbin and Dan Pryse, Amongst others like Danny Slick and the main man Jeremy Grunvalski.
