Pillbox Medical Center was the main hospital in Los Santos and the headquarters for Los Santos Medical Group. Pillbox was the center of higher medicine in the city of Los Santos. Medical staff work with the rest of the governmental agencies across the city and routinely give them necessary higher medical services.
The hospital was under repair for faulty construction and moved the main medical activities to Viceroy Medical Center for some time.
On December 5th 2022, Viceroy Medical was destroyed in a fire, and the subsequent opening of the Central Los Santos Medical Center, since renamed Simone Memorial Hospital, in the south side and the Sandy Shores Medical Center in Blaine County, the services for reconstruction for Pillbox Medical Center was discontinued.
