Steventh Albright Balderson was living a normal day with his normal wife in his normal life. On the 16th August 2021
Moving to Los Santos[]
Steventh lived in Los Santos for the majority of his life when he came to the city at the age of 22. After coming to Los Santos Steventh worked a dead beat job from 9-5 every day with every day being a normal day. He was like any other "Joe", until it all changed when his wife died.
Steventh then joined Blaine County Sheriff's Office on the 7th of October 2021 where he took the callsign, "399" as he thought it looked special.
